I think even if they didn't mess up our order we would have still sent it back. The good thing is you can see the diamonds but they are very low quality. If you don't mind having grey diamonds your fine, but if your adding a band to you wedding set you will notice a big difference trust me. Of course we knew that the band was going to be thin but its thinner then what you think. Its very delicate as well so be careful when you try it on. We contacted the sellers to let them know that we were dissatisfied. They were pretty rude even spelled my name wrong in the emails they sent. My husband and I are sending it back and getting our money back. Good Luck :)
