Less than a month after receiving it, one of the stones came loose and fell out. I contacted Amazon and they put a replacement in the mail that same day, which was great customer service. I returned the faulty ring and within a couple days received the new one. Unfortunately, the new right was HIGHLY SUBSTANDARD quality. One of the emeralds was loose, another was cracked, and another looked like it was scraped on concrete. When I contacted Amazon about it, they said they would not send me another ring and would have to investigate further. I ended up receiving a refund for the ring and I got an email from Amazon saying that they had many of the rings like that in their warehouse that were of poor quality. I love the design of this ring...unfortunately, the quality is just not up to par.
