I wanted a grown up nose ring, one i could put in and leave in and i have sensitive skin so i thought i would try this one since it has the plastic ring, it came with a replacement ring, but it should have come with a replacement diamond since I lost it in the shower the first week. the ring half-ass "screws" into the plastic ring which is hell getting into your nose. it has a very tight curl which makes it almost impossible to force in your nose without tears. i would not buy this product again or recommend it to friends.
