(More customer reviews)I bought this ring for myself, it was an impulse purchase because the ring was being offered at 90% off. It's ok for myself, but I would never buy this item as a gift for someone because the diamonds look like small little pieces of white chalk. I did notice the J color and I3 specs, but I thought the diamonds would be so small that it wouldn't make a difference....I was very wrong. These diamonds are slightly bigger than the usual diamond-accents, thus their awful clarity stands out. I'm not sure if I got a dud, I have gotten pendants and rings from amazon with similar diamond specs and they were beautiful....not true for this piece. These diamonds do not reflect light at all and there is zero sparkle. Amazon is strange with their jewelry, and the pieces truly do vary from one customer to the next. Someone else might order the same ring and get great stones, maybe I just had bad luck this time.
Also, one quick note: the top of the ring is collapsible. The links aren't fused, they're individual links...kind of weird and unexpected.
