(More customer reviews)I had my nose pierced when I was 17 and eventually took it out due to issues with employers (grrr) and then when I turned 31 I had it re-pierced as my mother's day gift (now I stay home with my two kids, so my bosses love me no matter what is pierced!) This ring was the smallest and best quality that I could fine. It sparkles nicely and does not bend or discolor my skin. I leave it in constantly and after 5 months of constant wear it still is perfect and intact. Very pretty. I cannot attest to the quality or authenticity of the "diamond" but it fools me so I guess I am none the wiser if it isn't real. I purchased several different types on Amazon, and this L shape is my favorite. I dislike that nose bones fall out easily, and screw types are difficult to change and generally don't fit all noses well (thickness wise.) Other designs have dug into my skin, even though I have a tiny nose. This one is perfect... and easy to remove and replace if necessary, or for cleaning. :)
