Compared to what I saw in my price range at regular jewelry stores, I know got an unbelievable deal for my money. This is ten times nicer and more beautiful than anything I thought I could afford.
I have a nontraditional engagement ring that I plan to wear on my right hand after we get married, so I wanted a knockout wedding band that would look gorgeous on its own. This ring fits the bill perfectly! I have long fingers, so the 9.5mm width is perfect, but it would look great on someone with more petite hands as well. The sparkle is unbelievable, but there's something about the baguette diamonds that is sophisticated and understated-- the bling isn't over-the-top, it's perfect for everyday wear, but it definitely stands out on my hand. It fits comfortably on my finger. It doesn't rub or chafe the fingers around it because the diamonds are channel set, so the ring feels nice and smooth. Overall, I am thrilled with this purchase and wish I didn't have to wait for the wedding day to start wearing it!
A quick word about making a big, important purchase like this online: don't worry! I was nervous about it, but I trusted Amazon. I'm so glad I did. I received the ring 4 days after ordering it, packaged nicely and with a laminated certified appraisal. (It really is worth $18,499! Holy cow!) It was sent directly from M A Jewelry, the designer/manufacturer in the Diamond District in NYC. They sent it via UPS and required a signature for delivery, which made me feel more secure about something so valuable traveling through the mail. All in all, it was a very pleasant experience to purchase the ring from Amazon and M A Jewelry. I'm thrilled!
