(More customer reviews)I purchased this ring as a substitute for my wedding rings while my hands were swollen with pregnancy. It's been a fair substitute. I was surprised at how light it is- it hardly feels like I'm wearing a ring at all. The "side diamonds" are a bit of an overstatement, as they are more diamond chips and you can really only see the settings. Additionally, the prongs on the aquamarine are not tight against the stone and so catch on clothes pretty easily. Nothing that can't be solved on your own with a pair of jewelry pliers, but still an annoyance.
Overall, for a ring I will only wear for 6 months, this was a good purchase. If you're looking for something more substantial, you may want to look elsewhere.
