(More customer reviews)I recieved this product in very poor condition. The stone was dirty (had cloudy residue on back) and it was loose in the setting. Purchased a higher quality piece at a pawn shop and am very happy with my choice.
However, the return processes was very easy, and the folks at this store refunded the full purchase ammount plus shipping.
