I was very disappointed to find that two of the cubic zerconias were missing and one side of the band was extremely bent.
All of these companies claim to be checking the items before shipping, but it is obvious that they are not!
My mother loves the ring and I have sent it back for an exchange. Other than these flaws, the ring is very well made and it's a perfect size.
