(More customer reviews)I just received this ring. There was "metal residue" stuck between most of the holes that I had to take a safety pin to and dig out to clear the holes. I feel you shouldn't have to "fix" jewelry you receive and I would've been embarrased to give it as a gift that way. It wasn't worth sending it back to exchange for a cleaner version since there's a "reshipping fee" of $5. I had a similar issue with this same company with a different ring. Now that I've cleaned it up, it's really nice, but too bad I had to do anything to it in the first place. Not crazy about the company.
