(More customer reviews)The ring is gorgeous. The picture makes the gem appear oval-shaped, but it is more circular. My only problem occurred with the shipping. I needed to exchange the ring because one of the prongs was missing. The company was kind and courteous, but the exchange took about a month. Time seems to be the only issue, not quality. Now that I have the final product, it is beautiful and in great shape.
