(More customer reviews)Okay, I got my nose pierced about 3 years ago and I was having the hardest time finding the right nose jewelry. I knew I wanted white gold and diamonds. I had tried "hooks", "screws", and "pin-tails or fish-tails" but none looked good or fit well in my nose. The screws always twisted around and hung out of my nose being I have a small nose with short nostrils I realized I needed a Nose Bone. This was great being it was 18k white gold and it actually had a DIAMOND in it. It's long enough to move naturally with your facial expressions but not where it can be easily pulled out. The diamond back sits flat to your nose and the top part has a nice height on it where it doesn't get pulled or snagged on anything. It's a snug fit but very comfortable. I wear it to work everyday and it's professional and small enough to be tastefully noticed without over kill. The diamond has a slight sparkle to it, which is nice plus it's secured in the setting very well so you don't have to worry about the diamond falling out. Just be sure to clean it as with all jewelry. I remove this maybe once every other month to clean it. But normally it's in my nose all the time, I have it in right now. I love it!
