About the only thing I worry about is that I feel like they are nice enough to require a screw back or some other fastener that is less likely to fall. As it stands my significant other hasn't lost hers and she wears them fairly regularly.
I highly recommend this product as a step above faux jewelry - for the price, they look very nice and elegant. You won't go wrong with these.
I do wish they made them with screw posts.
