Rather than having the dimensions that were described, the ring was tiny and not close to the size that was advertised. It looked like a ring designed for a small child. I spoke to customer service, who initially told me that she would send me a ring that matched the description and, if she didn't have it in stock, she would find one. She later changed her mind -- I think she figured the effort was not worth it.
