I kept telling myself and my husband not to get my hopes up because I was unsure what purchasing something like this online would be like. I knew that Amazon would stand behind me if I wanted to return it though, so I took a chance and bought the ring. I tried not to get my hopes up, but I was excited to receive it. I opened up the package tonight and MySolitaire.com did an amazing job packaging the ring. There was a box with a pillow pack inside. Inside the pillow pack was a gift card, a gift bag, tissue, and the two ring boxes. The quality of the ring is terrific. It is everything I was secretly hoping for. I love the unique look of the Mystic Fire Topaz. Just a few little diamonds to add a little flash. I'm so pleased. I would recommend this company and this ring to others. Thank You!
Follow-up: I noticed when I received the ring that the stone was a little loose. I called MySolitaire and they were extremely professional and told me to send it in to their repair department. I REALLY wanted to the ring back before I left for my vacation which was ten days and when I spoke to them, they said they could do that. I will update when I receive the ring back, but so far I'm still impressed with this company.
