(More customer reviews)I purchased this ring while I was away and did not give it to my wife until a few weeks later. The ring was fine and everything looked in order. The day after I had given her the ring, she noticed that the Saphire was missing. Thankfully it was found in the car. One of the post mounting it had broken off. She did not get it snagged on anything nor had she hit it on anything. I tried to return it to amazon to exchange or get it fix, but it was not possible. I now I have to pay almost half of what I paid to get it fixed. I suggest going through a credible jeweler, heck even walmart.
