This heart pendant is set with genuine Rubies.They are of a lower quality and will vary in shade and they do have natural inclusions inside the stone.There is a tiny piece of genuine diamond set as an accent at the top.A small 16" bead chain is also included.The pendant and chain are made of sterling silver and plated with platinum.This is a very inexpensive way to have some real rubies and a diamond.
