I was sketched out at first because there was no tracking info on Amazon, and nobody got back to me through email, but when I contacted Szul directly about the issue(over the phone & during their business hours), they were very kind, and gave me a tracking number to track my item. The ring I ordered looked even better in person then on the photo, so I am 100% satisfied and would recommend shopping with Szul.
