There was a problem with Amazon, not Jewelry Liquidation, ordering the free resizing service offered under the Product Description. However, when I contacted Jewelry Liquidation, they were extremely helpful, courteous, quick and efficient in rectifying the situation. I was very impressed with JL and will definintely do business with them again!!
