(More customer reviews)I ordered this ring during the Christmas rush. It arrived in reasonably good time, but when I tried to put it on, the amber setting fell off the ring. The ring was also too small, and didn't seem to be a size 5. Once Ian and Valeri heard about the problem, I was sent a replacement in a larger size, at no charge. It IS a lovely ring, and I'm glad I didn't try to glue the stone back on. I'll likely use the refund to buy another of their rings.
