To me, it looked like it was all sterling silver except for the two small rows of CZ. However, the whole top of the ring is white enamel. Apparently, this is included in the description. I just never got that far. The CZ is not sparkly at all 'cuz they're so small. Overall, the ring looks much more casual than I anticipated. If you're looking for an interesting, casual ring, this would be great. The materials look pretty good. It's not as nice as I want (a little more classy/dressy) so I'll be returning it.
