I contacted the seller several times with no response until finally I had to contact Amazon.com to get a hold of them and they've still made the return process difficult. I still have the broken ring and haven't received information from the seller on how to return it, I had originally planned on exchanging it for another because I loved it so much, but now, after the shotty customer service I've decided to just return it for a refund, its not worth it.
